李嘉诚,男,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,海南大学化学化工学院副院长。美国哥伦比亚大学工学院访问学者,享受国务院政府特殊津贴、海南省领军人才、海南省有突出贡献专家,获得首批海南省“南海名家”、海南省“515人才工程第一层次人选,第七届海南省青年科技奖,作为主要成员获全国专业人才先进集体荣誉称号。《海南大学学报》(自然科学版)编委会委员。Chemical Engineering Journal,Carbohydrate Polymers,International Journal of Biological MacromoleculesFood Hydrocolloids,《精细化工》等期刊审稿人。近年来,主持10多项国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金及海南省自然科学基金创新团队项目,以第一完成人获得海南省科技进步奖二等奖3项,三等奖3项,海南省高等教育省级教学成果一等奖,连续3年被海南省学位委员会等部门授予海南省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。在Chemical Engineering Journal,Journal of Colloid and Interface Science,Carbohydrate Polymers,Journal of Cleaner Production,Food Hydrocolloids,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering等国际国内学术期刊上发表论文80余篇,编写出版学术著作3部,获得发明专利15项。在绿色药物传递应用中,开发了多个水基化、控释化、省力化与环境友好的新制剂,产生了显著的经济效益及社会效益。目前共指导博士及硕士研究生30余名

主要研究方向:

围绕精细化学品的高功能化和绿色化,以应用基础研究和技术创新体系构建为特色,在海洋精细化学品、绿色药物载体、自组装纳米胶束、高分子表面活性剂等精细化学品及其绿色制备技术等领域,均取得了突破性研究成果。其中,利用绿色化学技术开发天然原料,通过分子设计制备绿色环保型高效的药物载体及天然高分子表面活性剂,并成功开发了水基化、颗粒化绿色农药的产业化新型生产工艺。该系列科研成果已转化为实际生产力,产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
